Synopsis

By law, humans and vampires are now considered equal. Despite that, the minds of the elder vampires' council and the hunter's guild are unchanged, both sides choosing to remain sworn enemies as they have been for centuries. Enter August, a vampire from one of the rare elder bloodlines, and Chance, a member of one of the most powerful family of hunters. Despite their equally conservative upbringings, the two grow to despise the people they are most closely connected to. Although they try hiding their true hearts at first, it won't be long until their façades are stripped away forever.
